Credit Stealer

I was always under the impression that women make good managers, at least the my ex bosses were ladies and they were terrific.I worked with this lady for 8 months and as I had joined the organization much earlier she always had this insecurity and if I had an idea she passed it off as her own.

I was pariculary close to one of the clients and he had spent some time with me during his business visits and he came across as a person who was a very good chef.

When my boss was going for a client visit I asked her if she could pass a book of recipes to this particular client , she nodded then and ensured that gifted him a book and took the credit.

I was greatly dissapointed with her extremely “bitchy” behavior
