my boss was the coolest boss when she first transfered into our department, now she bitches about how nothing gets done, how were the worst station in the chain, how she is always in trouble.
yet she dosent do jack shit, rarely runs the registers unless she HAS to. pisses us employees and even some guests off daily.
So next time she gripes, say "You're right, boss! Now how should we go about making it better?" And wait for her advice. You will either get a blank stare or she'll give you something to do about it. Either way, the fallout will be on her. If she whines that "management won't listen" then just say, "Well, next time they're down here, maybe we can ask for ways to improve service". Note you say "WE" so she knows that you won't be just relying on her, otherwise she will probably not say anything to them at all. Of course, whether you really want to go to that much trouble to make the place better, that is up to you.
If everyone hates her that much take statements, then when you get enough, send them to her boss.
Then go have a cafe latte.
