Geedy inconsiderate asshole

My boss doesn't reimburse me for expenses on time, I have to wait up to a month and a half before I get my money back, he yells at me, accuses me of making mistakes when most of the time someone else has screwed up. He makes up complete bullshit about me on the spot without letting me gather my thoughts and give him an honest reply, I have no say. He ignores the fact that I show up for work sick and slave away for him just to get his product out(I'm the only guy at that location, so it all hangs on me). When I tried talking to him about the way he treats me he replied with "if the shoe fits!"

He's extremely rude to me, tells me to shove it up my tail pipe and smoke it as well as threatening to charge me for helping me at work one time(for 40min) when the product arrived late due to one of his cronies screwing up.

He has refused to pay me for statutory holidays as well as vacation pay. He always makes up some bullshit about why I don't get this or that. First he refused to pay me any overtime(I worked for him for a year and only gathered 7 hours of overtime in that time period, which he refused to pay me). I guess that's gratitude for all that I've done for him! When I pointed out to him that he should reimburse me for holiday pay and vacation pay, he told me "that crap doesn't work around here". Naturally I won't let this slide.

I also know for a fact that he doesn't pay "some" of his other employees on time, he owes one guy 3000$ that's a few months overdue. He has hired a few friends to work for him and he treats them well even though one of them has cost him thousands of dollars because of her screw ups(she screws up all the time in big costly ways).

Did I mention he has a serious anger problem? One time he was screaming his head off to some telephone company employee and when they hung up on him(for obvious reasons)he smashed the receiver back onto the phone and then went to cry.

Let me put it to you this way, another employee of his was talking to his old business partner on the phone and the guy asked her how she was doing in terms of working there, all she said was "fine" and the guy laughed his head off because he knew what an asshole she was working for.
