I Read Your Email

In my my last job, I had a boss who clearly read the entire TV channel Exchange email.

Her first position in the company was actually a TI intern taking care of the exchange setup and throughout the years she escalated to TI Director, New Business Director and Mobile Director. She actually could arrange that even taking on new titles she would be kept in TI so that she could obviously keep reading everybody's emails and using that to her profit.

She never really hid the fact to her closest employees, there were many a day when she would disclosure something in our meetings she would have no other way of knowing but spying the president's mailbox.

She's still working for the TV channel and I bet she will have her way to presidency very soon. If that is your kind of thing, that is a good tip to have your way in your career, starting out as the exchange support person.
