Moron - AHole Boss

So I work for a guy who has less experience in my field than I do, has no technical abilities, can't analyze his own credits and does not know the documentation. Why is he my boss? Cause he's older and people think he knows what he's doing. I've taken up so much slack for him over the years and we get these quarterly bonuses which management decided he should allocate within our office...guess how much I've seen since that happened...$0. And to top it off he is a know it all arrogant bastard with absolutely no reason to be. Fuckin A-hole.
