Power Play Termination

My boss is the world's most insecure, all talk no walk, bark no bite jerk.

I was prepared to give him my 2 weeks notice, but I decided to hold off until the following Monday.

Well, my boss basically fired me.......2 hrs AFTER I clocked out (which I don't think is legal).

He's so power hungry- instead of having people quit on him, when things go south, he will automatically fire them just to get one last jab in.
