The Drama King

They go through employees like a hooker goes through "johns". Pretty soon they're gonna run out of people on this island to hire. In the islands, a lot of advertising is done via word of mouth. I've been here 2 years and I've seen at least 50 people come and go. Some people dont even come back after their lunch on the first day. They benefits suck. They treat you like robots. Cause they want first blood. Not hard work and good attitudes.
For a locally owned "Hawaiian" company, they have no aloha spirit. They shit on their employees daily. And the Mr. and Mrs. are two huge drama queens that can dish it..and can't take it. now they're all panicking cause they just bought a million dollar house and the economy is taking a turn for the worst. they complain about how poor they are to the employees yet she drives a jag and he drives a 7 series bmw. and when clients and visitors come through they don't hesitate to brag about "oh i don't know what to do with all this money". its nauseating.
